OUR STORY
Landplan.co.ke started in 2015 with a simple frustration: too many Kenyans were being sold fake title deeds, disputed land and plots with no access roads. We set out to build a company that does the opposite, every parcel we sell is verified, surveyed and backed by a genuine, transferable title deed.
A decade later, we've grown from a small land-brokerage desk in Nairobi into a full property solutions company: we sell land, design homes, build them, and develop entire gated communities from the ground up. Over 5,000 families and investors have trusted us with their land and property journey.

OUR JOURNEY
Started as a small land-brokerage desk in Nairobi with a mission to end fraudulent land sales.
Expanded into Kitengela, Ruiru and Joska with fully verified, surveyed plots.
Brought design and building in-house so clients could go from bare land to finished home with one company.
Completed our first full estate development, handing over units to over 80 families.
Now operating across Nairobi's growth corridors with 300+ completed projects and counting.
